My name is Alianna Hines and I am 14 years old and in the 9th grade. In 2021 after growing restless from the Covid 19 Pandemic and with schools being closed I began to really miss my friends. So I decided to create educational tour ideas for my friends and I once schools opened back up. 

After traveling to over 60 countries and ALL 7 Continents with my family, I knew I wanted to create meaningful and memorable experiences for my friends and I to learn and see the world together. 

This idea led me to start All Access Student Field Trip Tours. I partnered with my cousins Dominic Hines and Shaun Tyler Hines again and we created our new non-profit organization………. Youth Leaders Empowerment & Explorers Foundation d/b/a Studentours.org

Now we have grown into hosting virtual classroom seniars where we bring CEOs directly into the classroom via zoom. In addition, we have partnered with Maryland State Congress to allow students to have summer internships to gain real world experience.  

For background on me, some of my many accomplishments include:

-Successfully flipped over 6 houses 

-Author "25 Businesses Kids can start for under $500 dollars" SOLD OVER 10,000 copies

-Featured on National talk show “Steve Harvey”

-Featured on National tv show “To Tell The Truth” 

-D’FREE Young Builders Award

-Ebony Magazine Power 100 Award 

-Featured on tv show “CNBC Make It”

-Featured Paid Speaker at Chick-Fil-A Conference

-Featured Paid Speaker at Microsoft Headquarters for “Women’s International Day”

My goal is to obtain support and corporate sponsorship so I can host educational tours for all students and bridge the gap between students, global studies and corporate /business with real world experiences.
